Job Summary: Develop and optimize integrations and APIs using Mulesoft, define standards, and contribute to solution architecture and security, while mentoring the team. Key Highlights: 1. Participation in architectural decisions and technical mentoring * Design and develop integrations and APIs using Mulesoft (Anypoint Platform). * Define standards, best practices, and integration guidelines. * Improve performance, security, and observability of integrations. * Participate in architectural decisions and end-to-end solution design. * Conduct code reviews and provide technical mentoring to the team. * Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements and translate them into solutions. * Support deployments, troubleshooting, and production issue resolution. Requirements: **Mandatory Requirements:** * Solid experience as a Senior Mulesoft Developer in integration projects. * Proficiency in Anypoint Platform (API Designer, API Manager, Runtime Manager, Exchange). * Experience in REST API design, RAML/OpenAPI, and integration patterns. * Hands-on experience with CI/CD, version control (Git), and automated testing for integrations. * Knowledge of API security (OAuth2, JWT, policies, rate limiting). * Advanced Spanish for daily communication with the team and stakeholders. * Availability to work under PJ contract and fully remote model. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Mulesoft certifications (Developer, Integration Architect, or similar). * Experience with event-driven architectures (Kafka, JMS, etc.). * Prior experience in multinational environments and distributed teams. * Exposure to other integration platforms/iPaaS.
