We encourage applications from individuals with diverse backgrounds, experiences, and career paths. ***\#VEMSERANASTACIO******\#VEMSERANASTACIO\#VEMSERANASTACIO\#VEMSERANASTACIO\#VEMSERANASTACIO******\#VEMSERANASTACIO\#VEMSERANASTACIO******\#VEMSERANASTACIO*** ### **Responsibilities** * Act as the guardian of process discipline; * Promote a culture of documentation and traceability (“what is not documented did not happen”); * Influence partner areas (Import, Procurement, Operations, and Sales); * Intervene in operational deviations when necessary; * Conduct training and ensure procedures become standard operational practice; * Ensure full process traceability; * Monitor total lead time and stage-by-stage lead time, identifying bottlenecks and deviations; * Ensure SLA compliance and structured prioritization; * Guarantee adherence to SOPs, ITs, workflows, and internal standards; * Record non-conformities, rework, losses, and near\-misses; * Proactively address operational risks; * Implement and monitor corrective and preventive actions (5 Whys, root cause analysis); * Propose and implement improvements: 5S, visual management, standardization, reduction of rework. ### **Requirements** * Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields aligned with the role’s responsibilities; * Experience in environments requiring formal traceability; * Experience implementing visual controls; * Experience with VSM, 5S, Kaizen, or Lean tools; * Participation in process structuring initiatives. **Work Location**: Estrada dos Alpes, 855 \- Jardim Belval, Barueri \- SP **Work Modality**: On\-site **Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:45 PM ### **Employment Type:** CLT ### **Benefits:** Childcare Assistance, Parking, Profit\-Sharing Program, Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Meal Allowance, Food Voucher, Transportation Voucher, Wellhub \- Formerly Gympass ### **Department:** Operations \- Quality Control
