Support the onboarding of new employees We are seeking a Training Analyst to assess training needs, develop, and execute capacity-building programs, contributing to the continuous development of employees and alignment with company processes and culture. **Key Responsibilities:** * Identify training and development needs in partnership with company departments; * Plan, develop, implement, and monitor training and capacity-building programs; * Lead and support new employee onboarding processes, ensuring alignment with policies, procedures, and organizational culture; * Evaluate the effectiveness of delivered training and propose continuous improvements; * Support standardization, updating, and enhancement of training content, materials, and methodologies. Minimum Education: High School Diploma (Secondary Education)
