Job Summary: We are seeking an IT Auditor to develop and execute audits across IT and Insurance Business processes, strengthening internal controls and improving processes. Key Highlights: 1. Promote information governance and security **What will be under your responsibility:** We seek an IT Auditor to develop and execute audits related to Information Technology and Insurance Business processes, contributing to risk identification, strengthening of internal controls, and continuous process improvement—aligned with regulations, internal methodologies, and industry best practices. This position plays a key role in promoting governance, information security, and process reliability, supporting decision-making and business sustainability. **Responsibilities and Duties** **In addition to responsibilities, you must have expertise in:** * Developing audits related to **Information Technology and Insurance Business** processes; * Conducting interviews, mapping process flows, and identifying associated risks; * Executing audit tests through data, system, and documentation analysis; * Formalizing findings and analyses in compliance with internal methodology and standards; * Supporting the preparation of audit reports, including risk classification and recommendations; * Monitoring audit findings, evaluating the effectiveness of action plans and respective evidence. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What is important for you to have:** * Completed undergraduate degree in **Information Technology or related fields**; * Prior experience in internal IT audit and/or related activities; * Experience in technology, information security, or similar areas; * Analytical ability, with skills in data manipulation and interpretation; * Systemic vision and logical reasoning; * Knowledge of **IT Governance, Cybersecurity, Cloud, IT Infrastructure, Change Management, Backup, CMDB**, among others; * Familiarity with frameworks and standards such as **COBIT, ITIL, ISO 27001, COSO**, and practices of the **IIA**; * Knowledge of **SAP** will be considered a differentiator; * Strong verbal and written communication skills, dynamism, and flexibility. **Additional Information** **How We Care For You:** Benefits: * Health Insurance; * Dental Insurance; * Life Insurance; * Transportation Allowance; * Meal Voucher; * Food Allowance; * 13th Food Basket; * Group Life Insurance; * Private Pension Plan; * Daycare and/or Nanny Assistance; * Profit and Results Sharing (PLR); * Wellhub; * Birthday Day Off; * Corporate University with over 500 courses; * Integrated Health Program: mental, social, financial, and physical.
