We are looking for a **Senior Cloud Analyst** with strong **DevOps** experience to operate, maintain, and evolve **cloud infrastructure environments (AWS and Azure)**, ensuring availability, stability, automation, and SLA compliance. You will be responsible for **incident, problem, and change management**, following **ITIL/ITSM** practices, as well as performing advanced technical analysis and troubleshooting. You will work extensively with **DevOps practices, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (IaC)**, containerization, and process automation. You will use SQL to support incident investigation and operational analysis. If you thrive in challenging environments, embrace genuine DevOps culture, and want to work with cutting-edge technologies — **this role is for you!** **Roles and Responsibilities:** * Support cloud environment operations (**AWS and Azure**); * Monitor compliance with **SLAs and operational KPIs**, proposing continuous improvements; * Manage critical incidents, problems, and changes, following **ITIL** practices; * Implement and maintain **CI/CD pipelines** (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions); * Develop and maintain **Infrastructure as Code** (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible); * Create, review, and evolve **runbooks** and operational procedures; * Conduct **Root Cause Analysis (RCA)** and propose continuous improvement actions; * Respond to critical situations in AWS and Azure; * Participate in **Change Advisory Boards (CABs)**, changes, and releases with a DevOps mindset; * Provide technical support to the team and ensure reporting of operational metrics; * Promote **DevOps culture** and process automation; * Manage **containers and orchestration** (Docker, Kubernetes). **Essential Qualifications:** * Solid experience with **Cloud Infrastructure (AWS and Azure)** in production environments; * Strong hands-on experience with **DevOps practices and culture**; * Proven experience with **CI/CD** (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions); * Advanced knowledge of **Infrastructure as Code** (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible); * Experience with **containerization (Docker)** and **orchestration (Kubernetes)**; * Proficiency in **cloud architecture, high availability, and disaster recovery (DR)**; * Solid experience with **ITIL/ITSM** and operation of critical environments; * Experience with **monitoring tools** (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch); * Intermediate to advanced **SQL** knowledge; * Experience with **script-based automation** (Python, Bash, PowerShell). **Preferred Qualifications:** * **AWS** (Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer) or **Azure** (Administrator, DevOps Engineer) certifications; * Experience with **GitOps** (ArgoCD, Flux); * **Advanced observability** (tracing, logging, APM); * Familiarity with **cloud security and DevSecOps**; * Experience with **hybrid and multi\-cloud** environments; * Familiarity with **ITSM tools** (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.); * Analytical ability to investigate complex incidents (applications, network, and databases); * Experience with **agile methodologies** (Scrum, Kanban).
