Our story is defined by **innovation, responsibility, and people who make a difference**. **Job Description – Electroelectronics Technician (Automation Department)** We are looking for an **Electroelectronics Technician** to join our **Automation Department**, actively contributing to the **assembly, maintenance, analysis, and development of electrical and electronic systems**, with applications in industrial automation and internal company processes. **Main Responsibilities** * Perform **assembly, installation, and maintenance** of electrical panels and automation systems; * Carry out **electrical and electronic installations, adjustments, and repairs** on industrial equipment; * Conduct **testing, measurements, calibrations, and fault diagnostics** on circuits and systems; * Perform **preventive and corrective maintenance**, ensuring optimal equipment operation; * Interpret **electrical diagrams, electronic schematics, and technical documentation**; * Prepare and maintain **technical reports and maintenance records**; * Contribute to **technical improvements, process optimization, and new automation projects**. **What We Are Looking For** * Completed **technical education** in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related fields; * Solid knowledge of **electrical and electronic systems**, diagram reading and interpretation, measurement instruments, and safety standards; * Experience or knowledge in **industrial automation** (sensors, PLCs, inverters, electrical control systems) is a plus; * Prior experience in a technical role will be considered an advantage; * A committed profile with a strong sense of responsibility and focus on quality. **Desired Behavioral Profile** * Proactivity and autonomy in task execution; * Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively; * Organization, attention to detail, and focus on safety; * Continuous interest in **technology, innovation, and process improvement**. **What We Offer** * Market-competitive salary; * On-site meals; * Transportation allowance; * Meal voucher (attendance bonus – R$ 155.00\); * Health insurance (50% covered by the company) \+ dental service discounts; * Childcare assistance; * Christmas kit; * Life insurance. **Work Model / Schedule:** On-site – **5x2 \| Monday to Friday – 08:00 to 17:48** **Work Location:** Grupo Serbom – Rod.
