Then join us! ### **Take a look at the challenges awaiting you at BV:** * We are looking for **a back-end developer**, with experience in **Java**, to support, evolve, and integrate our agents with internal systems; * You will assist in defining technical feasibility and ensure sustainable execution of solutions; * Develop and adapt modules, as well as integrate applications and internal environments. * Work on development, maintenance, and evolution of agents, always focusing on quality, reusability, and continuous improvement — while reducing technical debt and promoting modularity; * Estimate effort and sequence deliveries considering impact and complexity; * Build components following versioning, testing, and CI/CD standards; * Monitor performance and quality through observability practices. ### **So, do you identify with this? Now we’d like to know whether you meet the following profile and knowledge requirements:** * Languages and frameworks: **Java** (Spring Boot), REST APIs, and Microservices; * Experience with AI projects and **AI Agent development** is essential; * Development of Agents using reference libraries (**ADK, LangChain/LangGraph**, etc.); * Experience with **RAG Pipelines**; * CI/CD (GitLab, Jenkins, or similar); * Automated testing (JUnit, Jest, Cypress); * Observability (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, OpenTelemetry); * Clean code principles and component-oriented architecture (Clean Code and Design Patterns); * Cloud: Google Cloud Platform (GCP); * We seek a "hands-on" professional who proactively proposes solutions, pays attention to detail, and is curious — unafraid of challenges; * We value individuals with sharp analytical skills and logical reasoning, openness to change, and a willingness to question assumptions; * Availability to work in a hybrid model — near CPTM Morumbi station. ### **The following would be considered advantages:** * Python, Angular/NodeJS experience would be advantageous; * Experience with FastAPI; * Experience in the financial sector; * Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields. **Diversity and Inclusion** BV actively promotes equity and representation in the financial market, respecting and supporting diversity in all its plurality and intersectionality, ensuring positive social transformation.
