Job Summary: Lead and inspire the team, supervise the shift to ensure agility and quality, monitor financial results, and support restaurant operations and daily routines. Key Highlights: 1. Financial performance monitoring and support in cost and labor management **Supervise the shift:** oversee production, sales, and ensure agility and quality for every order. **Lead and inspire the team:** guide, motivate, and ensure the best experience for customers. **Monitor financial results:** track sales, manage cash handling, and support cost and labor management. **Support operational activities:** roll up your sleeves and work alongside the team when needed. **Organize restaurant routines:** opening, closing, daily reconciliations, and alignment meetings. **Ensure compliance:** uphold internal policies and labor laws. **Develop talent:** train, coach, and contribute to team growth.
