




Job Summary: This apprenticeship program offers professional development and hands-on learning across various operational and administrative areas of the store, with an emphasis on training. The primary focus of this role is learning. **Responsibilities and Duties** Learning will occur through rotations across departments, as outlined in the activity schedule signed by all parties (Institution, Roldão, and Apprentice). * Work in the administrative department: organizing documents and files; delivering reports to department heads; dispatching mail pouches; preparing rooms for interviews or training sessions; conducting inventory checks of available uniforms in-store; delivering documents and invoices for management signature; sorting delivery manifests (organized by date and department); * Work in the Human Resources department: assisting with resume screening; organizing and sorting payroll statements; organizing medical certificates; scheduling candidates for interviews; supporting the recruitment process; distributing job application forms and tests; * Work at the front cashier area: collecting merchandise; processing returns; attending to and guiding store customers; * Work in the Customer Service (SAC) department: answering phone calls and transferring them to appropriate departments; making outbound calls; organizing fiscal invoices and exchange vouchers; * Work in the grocery department: checking product expiration dates; pricing items; restocking light products; cleaning shelves; * Work in the perishables department: checking product expiration dates; restocking and weighing items. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in high school; * Interpersonal communication skills; * Teamwork orientation. **Additional Information** **Work Location:** 100% in-person position. **Benefits:** * Scholarship for an apprenticeship course at SENAC; * On-site cafeteria; * Transportation allowance (Vale-Transporte); * Life insurance; * Discounts at educational institutions for undergraduate, graduate, and extension courses; * Roldão Mais: Employees receive wholesale pricing discounts at Roldão Atacadista stores; * Maternity kit; * Corporate University – Roldão Academy: Participation in training programs, with personalized learning paths tailored for each employee.
