




Job Summary: Technical Support Analyst for in-person support, installation and maintenance of workstations, network and system support, and user management. Key Highlights: 1. Preventive and corrective maintenance of workstations and peripherals. A technology company is seeking a Technical Support Analyst in São Paulo (Vila Carioca). **Responsibilities:** Provide direct in-person user support to resolve Level 1 support tickets. Perform installation, configuration, and preventive and corrective maintenance of workstations, printers, and peripherals. Provide technical support for local network routines, including structured cabling and basic configuration of network devices (switches and routers). Create, deactivate, and manage users in Active Directory. Provide basic support for ERP systems and other corporate tools. Deliver specialized technical support for the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, etc.). Assist with general IT infrastructure tasks and provide basic SQL database support. Previous experience as a Technical Support Specialist, Technical Support Technician, Help Desk Analyst, or Support Consultant may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
