Job Summary: IT professional focused on infrastructure, networks, servers, access management, and security, responsible for maintenance, monitoring, and documentation. Key Highlights: 1. Preventive and corrective hardware and network maintenance. 2. Local network, Wi-Fi, and server configuration administration. 3. Access management, system monitoring, and security. * Support and Infrastructure: Preventive and corrective hardware, printer, and peripheral maintenance. * Networks: Local (LAN/WAN) and Wi\-Fi network administration, including switch and router configuration. * Servers and Systems: Installation and configuration of physical or virtual servers and Windows/Linux operating systems. * Access Management: Creation of users, groups, and permissions in Active Directory (AD) and file servers. * Monitoring: Tracking network, server, and service health to ensure availability (SLAs). * Backups: Assistance in executing and verifying backup and restore routines. * Documentation: Development of technical documentation for operational procedures. * Security: Implementation of basic network security policies and system updates. Requirements:* Basic networking knowledge (IP, DNS, DHCP). * Knowledge of operating systems (Windows Server and Linux). * Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS). * Proactivity in troubleshooting and strong communication skills.
