




Job Summary: We are seeking a Level 1 Technical Support Analyst to assist clients with daily IT operations, primarily working remotely with occasional on-site Level 2 support. Key Highlights: 1. Remote support ticket handling (Level 1) and occasional Level 2 support 2. Hardware, network, and Microsoft 365 troubleshooting and resolution 3. Organized, responsible, proactive, and process-oriented profile We are looking for a **Level 1 Technical Support Analyst** to join our team and support our clients in their daily **Information Technology** operations. The role is **primarily remote**, with **occasional on-site support for Level 2 requests**. Main Responsibilities: * Handling **remote support tickets (Level 1)**, with occasional support at **Level 2**; * Diagnosing and resolving **hardware** issues (desktops, notebooks, and peripherals); * Identifying and resolving **network** incidents (connectivity, IP, DNS, gateway); * Performing basic configuration of **routers and networking equipment**; * Providing client support for: * **Microsoft 365** (email accounts, permissions); * **Printer installation and configuration**; * **Digital certificates**; * Assembling, organizing, and performing basic maintenance of **IT equipment**; * Conducting periodic **physical preventive maintenance** (cleaning, organizing, and inspecting equipment). Desired Profile: * Prior experience in **Level 1 technical support**, with basic knowledge of **Level 2**; * Strong communication skills and ease in user interaction; * **Organized, responsible, and process-oriented** profile; * Ability to perform both **remote and on-site support**; * Proactivity in handling technical and operational tasks; * Interest in **professional growth and technical advancement** in the IT field.
