Participate in commercial activities, events, and dealership activations The Dream Builder – BYD Brand Ambassador is the professional responsible for embodying the essence of the BYD brand, building relationships with customers, and transforming experiences into genuine connections—acting in a consultative, technical, and strategic manner. Main Responsibilities: Represent the BYD brand with posture, communication, and attitude aligned with its values Engage throughout the customer journey—from initial contact to completion of the experience Build relationships, create delight, and foster customer loyalty Present products in a consultative manner, with strong technical expertise Ensure excellence in customer service and adherence to brand standards Participate in commercial activities, events, and dealership activations Requirements: Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in IT, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields Strong technical skills and ability to quickly absorb product knowledge Clear, empathetic, and confident communication Experience in customer service or sales is a plus Alignment with the automotive sector and the Chevrolet brand Job Information: Employment Type: CLT Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday Working Hours: Business hours Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree Desired Qualifications:* Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering, Bachelor’s Degree * Information Technology, Bachelor’s Degree * Marketing, Bachelor’s Degree Driver’s License: Category B
