Job Summary: A professional to program, set up, and operate a Fanuc-controlled CNC lathe, performing on-machine programming and developing workholding fixtures for non-serial parts. Key Highlights: 1. CNC lathe programming and operation with Fanuc control 2. Development of chucks and workholding fixtures 3. Processing of non-serial parts and reading engineering drawings Program, set up, and operate a Fanuc-controlled CNC lathe, performing on-machine programming, tool adjustment and sharpening, development of chucks and workholding fixtures for various parts, executing setup including tool presetting, zero point definition, processing non-serial parts, reading and interpreting engineering drawings, handling and calibrating measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, height gauges).
