




Job Summary: Civil Engineering professional to supervise and manage construction projects, ensuring compliance with regulations, schedules, and quality standards, as well as providing support to customers and architects. Key Responsibilities: 1. Construction management and supervision 2. Quality control and compliance with standards 3. Customer and architect support * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering * Conduct technical training for third-party teams according to ISO instructions to ensure adherence to standards and procedures. * Complete control forms, maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation. * Assist and monitor the operational tactical planning of construction phases and materials, establishing productivity controls for teams. * Participate in scheduling of tasks to be performed, monitoring material consumption and production progress in accordance with the execution schedule. * Supervise work performed by third parties, verifying measurements and quality, approving deliverables or requesting corrections. * Monitor monthly financial forecasts in coordination with the Project Manager. * Periodically conduct surveys and measurements, compiling data related to executed activities and services rendered, and forwarding such data to responsible departments for appropriate processing. * Monitor compliance with the construction production program, meeting pre-established quality standards, in accordance with the project design and instructions received from the Project Manager. * Ensure compliance with Occupational Safety regulations, provide guidance on the use of PPE and collective protective equipment (CPE), and notify the Project Manager to eliminate unsafe conditions and complete relevant Occupational Safety documentation. * Ensure traceability of materials used in construction. * Provide support to Customers and Architects involved in project modification items and finishing works.
