Control construction documentation and assist in inventory management A civil construction company is seeking a Construction Administrative Assistant in São Paulo. **Responsibilities:** Provide itinerant administrative, organizational, and operational support to construction teams. Ensure smooth information flow among the construction site, office, and client. Support staff with their administrative and operational needs at the construction site. Maintain an efficient and collaborative relationship with the construction project client. Manage construction documentation, including work orders, daily logs, and reports. Assist in inventory management of materials and equipment on-site. Record working hours and production outputs.
