A Human Resources professional responsible for recruitment and selection (R&S), HR administration, and employee support, operating within an operational environment and on the shop floor.

The company seeks a Human Resources Analyst to perform R&S activities, HR administration tasks, and employee support, with strong engagement in operational environments and on the shop floor. The professional will be responsible for executing HR administrative processes, ensuring proper document organization and providing support to managers and employees.
Responsibilities and Activities
1\. Recruitment, Selection, and Onboarding
Posting job openings on platforms;
Screening resumes;
Scheduling interviews;
Conducting initial interviews;
Organizing candidate feedback and documentation;
Managing onboarding and institutional integration processes;
Coordinating hiring procedures and document collection;
Integrating new employees;
Monitoring probationary periods;
Maintaining records and documents related to hiring.
2\. Human Resources Administration (HR Admin) Routine Tasks
Providing employee support to clarify labor law and benefit-related questions;
Assisting managers in disciplinary actions, warnings, and terminations.
3\. Shop Floor Support
Directly supporting employees across different shifts;
Providing administrative support to production supervisors;
Monitoring employees during their probationary period;
Managing uniforms, lockers, and personal protective equipment (PPE) jointly with Occupational Health & Safety/HR Admin;
Organizing the administrative routine of the cleaning team.
4\. Training and Development
Organizing institutional onboarding sessions;
Maintaining attendance records;
Supporting logistics for mandatory training (e.g., NRs, quality, safety);
Maintaining training records per legal requirements, among other responsibilities relevant to the role.
Requirements
Currently pursuing or having completed a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources.
Basic knowledge of Brazilian labor legislation (Consolidation of Labor Laws – CLT);
Familiarity with HR administration routine tasks;
Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
