Interact with designers, architects, and clients Description: We are seeking an analytical, curious, and results-oriented Engineering Assistant. This position is intended for students in their final year of university studies who have prior internship experience in high-end building or residential construction projects. Responsibilities and Duties * Monitor and ensure quality, schedule, and cost control for building construction projects; * Support physical\-financial planning; * Control measurements, inputs, procurements, and supply flow. * Prepare monitoring reports and performance indicators. * Interact with designers, architects, and clients to align expectations and technical decisions. * Conduct periodic photographic reports of the construction site; Requirements and Qualifications * Degree in Civil Engineering (final year student) * Experience: prior involvement in building construction projects * Technical knowledge: Excel (mandatory) * Ability to read and interpret execution drawings (mandatory) * MS Project (a plus) * Power BI (a plus) 2512040202181900621
