Technical mentoring and knowledge sharing **What We Are Looking For:** A Senior-level professional experienced in **(Technical Leadership).** **Responsibilities:** We seek an Expert Tech Lead to serve as the technical reference point for strategic initiatives, leading architectural decisions, solution evolution, engineering best practices, and alignment between technology and business. This role requires close collaboration with squads, technical stakeholders, and business areas, ensuring solutions meet requirements for quality, scalability, performance, security, and sustainability in critical corporate environments. * Lead projects and squads technically, ensuring adherence to business, architectural, quality, performance, security, and maintainability requirements. * Translate business needs into robust, scalable, and sustainable technical solutions. * Define and sustain architecture standards, engineering practices, quality assurance, testing, CI/CD, and technical governance. * Support critical architectural decisions and lead trade-off discussions among cost, timeline, risk, and complexity. * Act as a technical advisor to technology and business stakeholders, building consensus and alignment across diverse audiences. * Support the evolution of distributed architectures, integrations, APIs, event-driven systems, and cloud-native solutions. * Manage technical risks and escalations autonomously, focusing on delivery continuity and quality. * Mentor teams, tech leads, and developers, promoting technical growth, knowledge sharing, and practice standardization. * Support pre-sales activities, discovery sessions, PoCs, and technical presentations when required. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields. * Solid technology experience, with significant involvement in technical leadership, solution architecture, software engineering, or technical leadership of complex squads/projects. * Experience in complex corporate environments with multiple stakeholders and strong requirements for technology-business alignment. * Knowledge of software architecture, distributed systems, integrations, APIs, quality assurance, CI/CD, observability, and security. * Internal Tech Lead materials especially emphasize architecture, CI/CD, quality, reliability, distributed systems, performance, and security as core pillars of the role. * Ability to make project decisions considering business requirements—not only technological criteria. **Desirable:** * Experience in regulated environments, banking, finance, or mission-critical operations. * Experience in modernizing legacy systems, microservices, event-driven architecture, and cloud-native solutions. * Internal Tech Lead materials explicitly cite distributed systems, event-driven systems, cloud-native architectures, and integration as key topics for the role. * Knowledge of practices such as SRE, FinOps, DDD, or architecture frameworks. * Technical or advanced English proficiency. * Prior experience in consulting or multi-squad contexts. **Behavioral Profile:** We are looking for someone who: * Enjoys teamwork and is **collaborative** in their responsibilities; * Has the **courage** to challenge themselves and go beyond, embracing new growth opportunities; * Transforms ideas into **creative solutions** and pursues excellence in all daily tasks; * Possesses strong **problem-solving skills**; * Is capable and comfortable working independently and **managing their own time**; * Is interested in tackling technologically **adverse and innovative** situations.
