Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to conduct user research, enhance user experience, and collaborate with various teams to propose continuous improvements. Key Highlights: 1. Conduct user research and enhance user experience. 2. Develop wireframes and prototypes autonomously. 3. Contribute to design systems and collaborate on A/B testing. By combining our diverse experiences, teams, technologies, and processes—tested across 200+ brands, 20 countries, and millions of individuals impacted—we decode challenges. **What You’ll Do Here:** * Conduct user research and analyses to map behaviors and needs. * Create and enhance user experience based on client strategy. * Independently develop medium-to-high-fidelity wireframes and prototypes. * Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems and style guides, including adaptation to Adobe’s design system. * Document and present deliverables clearly and systematically. * Collaborate with clients, media and technology teams to execute A/B tests for hypothesis validation and improvement proposals. * Participate in briefing meetings to ensure project alignment with client needs. * Maintain a continuous improvement mindset, proposing creative and distinctive solutions. **What We Expect From You:** **Essential:** * Experience with web and mobile projects. * Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch. * Hands-on UX experience: flows, journeys, interactions, and feature definition. * Knowledge of design system creation and maintenance, especially adaptation to Adobe’s design system. * Prior knowledge of HTML and CSS to understand technical limitations and opportunities of digital platforms. * Comfort working with a CMS (Content Management System); prior experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is a significant advantage, though experience with other CMS platforms is also valued. * Adaptability to new systems and design tools. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Direct experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). * Portfolio featuring projects implemented in AEM or another major CMS. * Ability to document and systematize components with reusability and scalability in mind—within integrated platforms and design systems. **Our Benefits:** * Meal Voucher * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Life Insurance * StarBem — Psychotherapy and Nutritionist Services * On-site Gym Activities * Wellhub (Gympass) * Childcare Assistance * Creditas * Partnerships with Educational Institutions * PET Insurance Plan * SESC Partnership * Certification Bonus * Referral Bonus ‍ * Equipment Provided by MATH **Our Values:** \#InnovaMathers \#CollabMathers \#TrueMathers \#HumanMather **Location****Employment Type****Work Model** São Paulo, SP, BR Full-time CLT Hybrid
