Participation in continuous improvement and process optimization ### **Position: Senior GBO\-BOX\-MDR / Oracle Developer** **Location:** São Paulo — Hybrid Model **Sector:** Banking / Financial #### **About the Opportunity** We are seeking a **GBO\-BOX\-MDR Analyst / Oracle Developer** to work on **strategic projects** in the areas of **Treasury and Customer Registration**. The professional will be responsible for **analysis, development, and support** in Oracle environments, ensuring correct process execution as well as resolution of production incidents. #### **Main Responsibilities** * Develop and analyze **PL/SQL routines** for Treasury and Customer Registration systems; * Support **UATs (User Acceptance Testing)** alongside key users; * Address **production incidents**, ensuring service quality and continuity; * Actively participate in **continuous improvement and process optimization**; * Collaborate with technical and business teams to ensure efficient deliveries aligned with client needs. #### **Technical Requirements** * 3 years of experience in **Oracle / PL\-SQL development**; * Knowledge of **Treasury and Customer Registration processes**; * Experience in **post\-production support** and incident handling; * **Conversational English**. #### **Behavioral Skills** * Analytical ability and attention to detail; * Strong communication and relationship skills with users and technical teams; * Proactivity, results orientation, and adaptability; * Collaborative work in a dynamic environment. **Work Model:** Hybrid — São Paulo, SP **Language:** English (conversational level) **Start Date:** Immediate
