Focus on Standardization and Organization of Records **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT Main Responsibilities: Data Management: Insert, update, delete, and organize product registrations. Document Analysis: Analyze and validate documents, verifying information to prevent inconsistencies. Administrative Support: Generate reports and provide support to the commercial department and executive leadership. Standardization: Ensure all records comply with the company’s internal rules and standards **Requirements:** **Skills and Competencies:** Technical: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel), typing speed, and familiarity with ERP PROTHEUS system.
