We are seeking a **Senior Cloud Analyst** to operate and support **Cloud environments**, ensuring high availability, stability, and SLA compliance. This person will play a critical role in incident, problem, and change management, following best practices of **ITIL/ITSM**, as well as performing technical analysis and troubleshooting in Cloud environments. They will also be responsible for supporting investigations and operational analyses using **SQL**. **Roles and Responsibilities:** * Support Cloud environments (**AWS and Azure**), assisting Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 teams * Ensure compliance with **SLAs and operational KPIs** * Support **incident, problem, and change management** (ITIL) * Create and maintain **runbooks** and operational procedures * Contribute to **root cause analysis (RCA)** and continuous improvement * Provide technical support during critical situations in Cloud environments * Participate in **CABs, changes, and releases** * Support technical mentoring of the team * Develop and report operational metrics **Essential Qualifications:** * Experience with **Cloud infrastructure (AWS and Azure)** * Understanding of **Cloud architecture**, high availability, and disaster recovery (DR) * Experience with **ITIL / ITSM** and operation of critical environments * Experience with **environment monitoring** * Intermediate knowledge of **SQL** for queries and operational analysis **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in **Cloud environment support and operations** (monitoring, troubleshooting, incidents) * Knowledge of **operational automation** (Python, Bash, or PowerShell) * Understanding of **Cloud security** * Experience with **hybrid environments** * Familiarity with ITSM tools (**ServiceNow, Jira, etc.**) * Technical analytical capability involving **applications, networking, and databases** Our mission is to help companies unlock the full potential of Data and Digital to enhance performance, drive transformation, and generate new growth levers and competitiveness.
