The Executive Chef is the leader responsible for supervising and coordinating all culinary operations. This includes strategic management of the kitchen team, menu development, quality control, and ensuring compliance with service standards and food safety requirements.

**What do we expect from the Executive Chef?**
* Bachelor’s degree in Gastronomy.
* Proven experience as a chef with at least 5 years in leadership positions.
* Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
* Comprehensive knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, equipment, and gastronomic trends.
* Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire the team to achieve established goals.
**What are the Executive Chef’s routine responsibilities?**
* Develop and implement the strategic vision for the resort’s culinary operations, aligned with organizational objectives and industry trends;
* Lead and motivate the kitchen team, providing guidance, training, and continuous professional development;
* Establish and maintain consistent quality standards across all kitchen areas, including food preparation, presentation, and service;
* Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards, in accordance with local regulations and resort standards;
* Supervise and assist in menu creation, developing new recipes and adapting existing dishes.
* Manage ingredient inventory, monitoring stock levels, placing orders as needed, and ensuring proper product storage;
* Maintain accurate production and ingredient cost records, preparing regular reports for management;
* Support the Food & Beverage Manager in other tasks and projects as required;
* Monitor and analyze food and labor costs, identifying opportunities to maximize operational efficiency and optimize financial performance;
* Support the development and implementation of social and environmental responsibility strategies and initiatives, contributing to continuous improvement of the company’s socio-environmental and ESG performance;
* Perform other duties related to this role.
