Organization and compliance with standards and legislation **Description** Support the company's administrative and financial processes, focusing on billing activities, control of tax documents, accounts receivable, and general support for financial and accounting routines, ensuring efficiency, organization, and compliance with company standards and applicable legislation. **Main Responsibilities:** * Issue invoices for products and services, ensuring correct taxation and posting; * Control the dispatch of bills, invoices, and collections to customers; * Support the control and updating of accounts receivable; * Verify sales orders and service orders for invoice issuance; * Organize tax and financial documents for filing and auditing; * Liaise with the commercial and production teams to align deliveries and billing; * Support the finance department in general activities (posting, reporting, spreadsheet control, etc.); * Enter customer, order, payment, and invoice data into the ERP system. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (technical or higher education in Administration, Accounting, or related fields is desirable); * Prior experience in administrative routines with a financial/billing focus; * Basic knowledge of NF-e issuance, bank slips (boletos), and accounts receivable control; * Basic proficiency in Excel and management systems (ERP). **Hard Skills:** * Issuance and verification of invoices (products and services); * Control of invoices, bank slips (boletos), and collections; * Organization of tax documents and files; * Basic system postings and reconciliations; * Proficiency in financial spreadsheets and reporting; * Communication with customers and internal departments. **Advantages:** * Knowledge of tax legislation (ICMS, ISS, withholdings); * Experience with ERP systems (TOTVS, Sênior, SAP or similar); * Course in billing fundamentals or financial routines.
