Job Summary: IT professional with experience in technical support, system management, documentation, and application of ITIL methodologies to optimize processes. Key Highlights: 1. Experience with ITIL-based practices and methodologies 2. Technical support for VoIP telephony and hardware failure resolution 3. Creation and updating of operational procedures for the support center **Mandatory Requirements:** ❇️Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Information Technology or related fields. ❇️Experience applying ITIL-based practices and methodologies. ❇️Ability to record and update activities in the GLPI system. ❇️Knowledge of inventory management and control for IT peripherals and equipment. ❇️Ability to document and share performed activities with the team. ❇️Proficiency in creating and updating operational procedures for the support center. ❇️Experience installing and uninstalling software. ❇️Competence in creating and managing network users. ❇️Technical support for VoIP telephony. ❇️Hardware failure resolution using technical knowledge. **Desirable Requirements:** ❇️Knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office, including Office365\. ❇️Ability to provide system support based on available documentation. ❇️Experience interacting with vendors to resolve application issues. ❇️Effective communication and interpersonal skills. ❇️Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain organized records. ❇️Proactivity and initiative to solve problems and improve processes. **About the Process:** On-site in \- Foz do Iguaçu \- Paraná **️ Hiring Type:** PJ (Individual Contractor) **Salary:** R$ Negotiable Interested?
