You will be responsible for inbound and outbound product operational processes, keeping the customer continuously informed about the progress of planning activities and ensuring compliance with process deadlines and requirements. **Requirements** -------------- * Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree; Experience in logistics; Shift availability. **Responsibilities** --------------------- Among your main responsibilities, you will: * Track all processes; * Execute and monitor the input and billing process for parts according to the client's system-based process; * Ensure all necessary information is available so that processes are received on time; * Ensure import processes occur within the stipulated timeframe. * Handle daily processes according to customer requests/priorities via email or system, including instructions for coordination such as type of “palletization”, delivery time, delivery location, carrier, packaging, etc. * Process operational and transportation documents (e.g., picking list, route cover sheet, replenishment ticket, verification label, etc.) according to the invoice issued via the system, and send the Load Schedule and Invoice to Sorting/Verification/Shipping; * Identify invoices bearing stamps indicating differentiated regions for operations; * Request the delivery route from the Transportation department by sending a spreadsheet containing delivery data (time, carrier, location); * Schedule deliveries with carriers when required; * Contact the customer to provide delivery details for shipment release/authorization; * Resolve operational issues and inform the customer of any incidents; * Monitor process status in an Excel spreadsheet — rejections, sorting, shipping, returns, pending items — and contact the carrier for updates on pending invoices; * Monitor undelivered orders, specifying reasons for delays/non-delivery; * Monitor errors in issued invoices; * Ensure customer satisfaction through quality and efficiency in processes, coordinating planning activities jointly with Operations and Transportation. * Comply with “HSE” and Quality procedures and standards. **About DHL** --------------- DHL Supply Chain is a global leader in logistics, connecting people and businesses.
