THE SOCIAL SERVICE FOR TRANSPORT (SEST) AND THE NATIONAL TRANSPORT TRAINING SERVICE (SENAT), registered with the Brazilian Federal Revenue under numbers 73\.471\.989/0001\-95 and 73\.471\.963/0001\-47, respectively, hereby announce, through the EXECUTIVE DEPARTMENT, the opening of applications for the Personnel Recruitment and Selection Process, as established in this Notice. **1\. PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:** 1\.1\. This selection process is intended to select professionals to fill vacancies according to SEST SENAT’s needs. The process will consist of eliminatory and classificatory stages. 1\.2\. Candidates who pass the selection process may be called to assume the position within the validity period of the selection process, respecting the classification order. 1\.3\. The selection process shall be governed by this Notice, its Annexes, and any subsequent updates/corrections; its implementation shall be carried out by the Human Resources Management of the Executive Department of SEST SENAT. POSITIONS, VACANCIES, AND OFFERED SALARIES 2\.. The Selection Process aims to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below: **POSITION:** Professional Development Coordinator **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Indefinite-term employment contract, in accordance with the Consolidated Labor Laws (CLT). **BENEFITS:** Services provided at Operational Units, including dental, psychological, physical therapy, and nutritional care; transportation allowance (as stipulated by current legislation for those who opt for it); meal and/or food vouchers for positions with a 44-hour weekly workload. Additional services offered by Operational Units are extended to employees and their dependents. Life insurance. Health plan (with co-payment) \- Employee’s monthly premium fully covered by the company; dependent(s)’ monthly premium paid by the employee. 2\.1\. Work schedule and shift assignments will be communicated by the Operational Unit and/or Executive Department to the approved candidate upon call; the candidate must confirm availability for the assigned schedule. A candidate declining the vacancy due to the work schedule will be disqualified from the selection process. **WORKLOAD:** 44 hours per week **SALARY:** R$ 8625\.44 **UNIT:** São Mateus/ES \- CN Unit \- No. 123 \- SENAT **JOB SUMMARY:** Plans, coordinates, executes, and evaluates Professional Development activities of the Operational Unit, ensuring the efficiency of SENAT's teaching and learning process in accordance with Executive Department guidelines, and develops marketing initiatives for SENAT's products. **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:** **NOTE:** Proof of the requirements listed below may be requested at any time. **EDUCATION:** Completed undergraduate degree in Education Sciences, Pedagogy, Psychology, Juridical Sciences, Economics, or Administration — Bachelor’s or Teaching License. Proof of mandatory requirements must be demonstrated via: a) Diploma/Certificate duly issued by an institution recognized by the Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC), and/or; b) Certificate of course completion accompanied by academic transcript, both signed and stamped (valid only for up to 180 days following degree completion). **EXPERIENCE:** 1\) Proven professional experience in management roles. 2\) Proven professional experience in education and/or professional development activities. **PROOF OF EXPERIENCE:** Documentation submitted must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum required qualifications, otherwise documents will be rejected. Proof of professional experience must be demonstrated by: a) Employer’s letter containing the issuer’s CNPJ number, official stamp, and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable), type of service performed, and detailed description of duties performed; b) Or copy of the Worker’s Employment Record Book (CTPS) or screenshot of the digital CTPS, showing identification details and employer registration, clearly linking the candidate’s role to the position sought (only if the CTPS entry uses nomenclature consistent with the requirements stated in the Selection Process); c) Or copy of service provision contract or autonomous worker payment receipt (RPA), specifying activities performed during service delivery, supplemented by item “b” above if the position title alone is insufficient to prove required experience. Official orthography. New orthographic agreement. Graphic accentuation. Punctuation. Usage of word classes. Literal and contextual meaning of words. Syntax of agreement and government. Verbal and nominal agreement. **INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (Common to all positions):** Internet and Microsoft Office suite. **SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE:** LDB – National Education Guidelines and Framework Law No. 9394/96; Law No. 10\.097/00 – Amendments to CLT regarding Youth Apprenticeship; Law No. 8069/90 – Statute of Children and Adolescents; Law No. 8666/93 – Public Bidding and Contracts; Basic knowledge of the Traffic Code; Learning Contexts and Environments in Professional Education; Technology in Education; Students in Professional Education; Assessment and Training Systems in Professional Education. Design and evaluation of Professional Education projects; Distance Professional Education (courses delivered online). Autonomous Social Services. General knowledge inherent to the position.
