A candidate declining the vacancy due to the work schedule will be disqualified from the selection process. **WORKLOAD:** 44 hours per week **SALARY:** R$ 8625\.44 **UNIT:** São Mateus/ES \- CN Unit \- No. 123 \- SENAT **JOB SUMMARY:** Plans, coordinates, executes, and evaluates Professional Development activities of the Operational Unit, ensuring the efficiency of SENAT's teaching and learning process in accordance with Executive Department guidelines, and develops marketing initiatives for SENAT's products. **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:** **NOTE:** Proof of the requirements listed below may be requested at any time. **EDUCATION:** Completed undergraduate degree in Education Sciences, Pedagogy, Psychology, Juridical Sciences, Economics, or Administration — Bachelor’s or Teaching License. Proof of mandatory requirements must be demonstrated via: a) Diploma/Certificate duly issued by an institution recognized by the Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC), and/or; b) Certificate of course completion accompanied by academic transcript, both signed and stamped (valid only for up to 180 days following degree completion). **EXPERIENCE:** 1\) Proven professional experience in management roles. 2\) Proven professional experience in education and/or professional development activities. **PROOF OF EXPERIENCE:** Documentation submitted must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum required qualifications, otherwise documents will be rejected.
