Participate in strategic projects and expansion initiatives **Position:** Operational Supervisor **Location:** São Mateus / ES **Salary:** R$ 3\.350,00 **Job Description:** We are looking for a committed, proactive, and leadership-oriented **Operational Supervisor** to work in **Regional Supervision**. The professional will be responsible for coordinating operational teams, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards, and guaranteeing process efficiency and customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise operational activities at the contract site. * Monitor performance indicators and propose continuous improvements. * Plan work schedules and allocate teams according to demand. * Ensure compliance with regulations, procedures, and quality standards. * Maintain direct contact with the client, providing support and periodic reports. * Support onboarding of new employees and operational training. * Control materials, equipment, and resources used in operations. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (technical or undergraduate degree in related fields preferred). * Prior experience in operational supervision or contract management. * Leadership and people management skills. * Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making abilities. * Availability to work in Espírito Santo. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Technical or undergraduate degree in Nursing. **Benefits:** * Market-competitive benefits * Opportunity to participate in strategic projects and expansion initiatives **Employment Type:** CLT Job Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$3\.350,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Food allowance * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * Please provide a brief account of your experience in hospital and healthcare environment cleaning.
