Join the \#teamblue! **Commercial Operator Position \- São Mateus/ES:** Are you passionate about sales, enjoy being out in the field, engaging with people, and closing strong deals? You will perform the following duties: Responsible for prospecting, training, and retaining banking correspondents (legal entities) within the company's areas of interest. Your primary objective is to continuously drive financing business generation between individual customers referred by these correspondents and the company, directly contributing to increased profitability. Requirements: * Must reside in São Mateus/ES or be fully available to relocate; * Valid driver's license (CNH) is mandatory; * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in fields such as finance, economics, administration, sales management, commercial management, or related disciplines is desirable; * Experience in customer service, sales, and prospecting new clients, with a focus on achieving quality targets and results; * Experience in maintaining a client portfolio; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Communication and negotiation skills; * Willingness to travel. Working Hours: 6 hours per day (Monday to Friday, with a 15-minute break).
