We believe these values shape not only how we conduct business but also how we interact with our employees, customers, and partners. **Responsibilities and Duties** ### **Position Objective** Handle Accounts Payable routines, supporting the regular payment flow and providing assistance in exception handling, ensuring organization, deadline compliance, and mitigation of financial risks. * Execute routine tasks related to the Accounts Payable process * Perform verification and validation of financial documents (invoices, bank slips, contracts, and banking data) * Support control of the payment flow and any rescheduling activities * Handle non-routine payments (exceptions and urgent cases) * Monitor deadlines and track due dates using spreadsheets and systems * Support bank reconciliation and financial validations * Interface with internal departments and suppliers for alignment and regularization * Organize files and maintain payment evidence for control and traceability purposes * Use ERP system to register, monitor, and manage requests **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education. * **Preferred:** Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Administration, Accounting, or related fields. **Additional Information** * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance or fuel allowance * Career and salary plan * Birthday day off We invite you to join a dynamic and talented team where you can develop your skills and grow professionally.
