Job Summary: This professional will assist with the installation and maintenance of internet equipment at customer premises, configure devices, and ensure customer satisfaction. Key Highlights: 1. Direct customer service for internet installation and maintenance 2. Equipment configuration and use of network tools 3. The Activation team consists of those individuals who visit customers to activate new connections and perform necessary maintenance. In addition, the Activation team also configures equipment and schedules these visits with customers. **This and all other posted positions are available for persons with disabilities (PcD)** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist with customer installations; * Assist with maintenance of already-installed equipment at customer premises; * Perform equipment installation and configuration procedures; * Request materials from the warehouse; * Safeguard company assets; * Use network measurement tools; * Use personal protective equipment (PPE); * Use company software; * Answer phone calls; * Contact customers by phone; * Drive company vehicles; * Clean and keep the workplace organized; * Ensure customer satisfaction; * Fill out the service execution application; * Execute network documentation. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Skills:** Teamwork; Flexibility and adaptability to business needs, people, and processes; Efficiency in tasks and courtesy toward customers; Sense of urgency and innovation. **Education:** Completed high school; Technical course in a related field is desirable. **Requirement:** Valid Brazilian driver's license (Category B). **Additional Information** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM. Saturdays, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
