HR Assistant

Provide employee support; perform various administrative tasks such as: typing, sorting, collecting, creating spreadsheets, reports, data collection; organize and file various documents; carry out employee hiring and termination processes, including scheduling admission and termination medical exams, registering new hires, managing timekeeping routines (audits, adjustments, controls, issuing time sheets, etc.), controlling and processing vacation requests, managing and scheduling periodic medical exams. Benefit administration, maintain updated HR indicators; assist in organizing events and preparing materials, support Assistants, Analysts and Managers in HR routines. Activities: * Carry out the employee hiring process, requesting documentation, scheduling admission medical exams (ASO), opening accounts, monitoring probationary contracts, forwarding information to accounting * Guide new employees on system access (Data Web, Portal, Panvel agreement, etc...). * Provide employee support, clarifying doubts or referring them to the appropriate responsible parties. * Keep employee history, records, and receipts up to date. * Perform various administrative tasks: typing, sorting, collecting, creating spreadsheets, reports, data collection; reconcile data; organize and archive various documents. * Administer company benefits (enroll and remove employees from health plans, issue Sindilojas cards, control and purchase transportation vouchers, manage Panvel pharmacy agreements, handle uniform-related matters). * Monitor expiration dates of probationary contracts, requesting employee signatures. * Perform timekeeping controls and adjustments, issuing time sheets for employee verification, and other related time card routines. * Generate Hour Bank reports, informing responsible parties about deadlines for hour elimination. * Forward merit awards, promotions, transfers, or job function changes to accounting. * Monitor vacation expirations, issue receipts and process payments. * Perform termination-related routines such as: issuing prior notices, terminations, forwarding termination payments to finance, union homologations. * Provide documentation in cases of labor lawsuits. * Help develop, plan, monitor, and execute the internal events calendar (annual), including respective budgets and presentations to Area Management for approval. * Arrange purchase and delivery of gifts for special occasions. * Prepare monthly birthday lists, disseminating them to interested parties via the portal. * Create, distribute, and keep internal information updated through communication channels (e\-mails, Whats, portal, etc). * Schedule admission and termination medical exams.
