Job Summary:
This Procurement Analyst will be responsible for quotations, negotiations, purchase order issuance, and delivery schedule tracking, ensuring continuous improvement of acquisition processes.

3. Continuous improvement of procurement and supply processes
Responsibilities:
Conduct quotations and negotiations with domestic and international suppliers;
Issue purchase orders and monitor delivery schedules;
Control and maintain up-to-date supplier and material master data;
Support procurement planning according to demand and inventory levels;
Ensure adherence to delivery schedules, quality standards, and cost targets in procurement activities;
Contribute to the continuous improvement of procurement and supply processes.
Requirements:
Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, or related fields;
Previous experience as a Procurement Analyst (minimum 2 years);
Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., TOTVS, SAP, etc.);
Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office suite;
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the industrial sector;
Intermediate English or Spanish (English fluency is a significant advantage);
Experience in importing raw materials or equipment.
