Job Summary: This Procurement Analyst will be responsible for quotations, negotiations, purchase order issuance, and delivery schedule tracking, ensuring continuous improvement of acquisition processes. Continuous improvement of procurement and supply processes Responsibilities: Conduct quotations and negotiations with domestic and international suppliers; Issue purchase orders and monitor delivery schedules; Control and maintain up-to-date supplier and material master data; Support procurement planning according to demand and inventory levels; Ensure adherence to delivery schedules, quality standards, and cost targets in procurement activities; Contribute to the continuous improvement of procurement and supply processes. Requirements: Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, or related fields; Previous experience as a Procurement Analyst (minimum 2 years); Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., TOTVS, SAP, etc.); Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office suite; Strong communication and negotiation skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the industrial sector; Intermediate English or Spanish (English fluency is a significant advantage); Experience in importing raw materials or equipment.
