




Job Summary: This Procurement Analyst will be responsible for supplier negotiations, order management, vendor and material master data maintenance, and supporting procurement planning to optimize processes. Continuous improvement of procurement and supply processes Responsibilities: Conduct quotations and negotiations with domestic and international suppliers; Issue purchase orders and monitor delivery schedules; Control and maintain up-to-date supplier and material master data; Support procurement planning based on demand and inventory levels; Ensure adherence to delivery timelines, quality standards, and cost targets in procurement activities; Contribute to the continuous improvement of procurement and supply processes. Requirements: Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, or related fields; Prior experience as a Procurement Analyst (minimum 2 years); Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., TOTVS, SAP, etc.); Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office suite; Strong communication and negotiation skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the industrial sector; Intermediate English or Spanish (Fluency in English will be considered a significant advantage); Experience in importing raw materials or equipment.
