Senior Procurement Analyst

Job Summary: This Procurement Analyst will be responsible for supplier negotiations, order management, vendor and material master data maintenance, and supporting procurement planning to optimize processes. Key Highlights: 1. Negotiation with domestic and international suppliers 2. Order management and delivery schedule tracking 3. Continuous improvement of procurement and supply processes Responsibilities: Conduct quotations and negotiations with domestic and international suppliers; Issue purchase orders and monitor delivery schedules; Control and maintain up-to-date supplier and material master data; Support procurement planning based on demand and inventory levels; Ensure adherence to delivery timelines, quality standards, and cost targets in procurement activities; Contribute to the continuous improvement of procurement and supply processes. Requirements: Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, or related fields; Prior experience as a Procurement Analyst (minimum 2 years); Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., TOTVS, SAP, etc.); Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office suite; Strong communication and negotiation skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the industrial sector; Intermediate English or Spanish (Fluency in English will be considered a significant advantage); Experience in importing raw materials or equipment.
