We look forward to meeting dedicated professionals who are passionate about their work! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist skilled workers such as masons, carpenters, painters, and rebar workers; * Assist plumbers and hydraulic technicians in performing specific tasks; * Perform tasks involving material transportation, site cleaning, and workplace preparation; * Clean and organize construction sites, removing debris and waste; * Assist in surface preparation for work execution, such as soil leveling and wall cleaning; * Load, transport, and organize materials including bricks, cement, sand, gravel, wood, tools, and equipment; * Assist in unloading trucks carrying construction materials; * Prepare cement mortar, plaster, and concrete mixtures following specific instructions; * Hold parts and tools to facilitate work performed by specialized professionals; * Carry out minor assembly and disassembly tasks, such as temporary frameworks and supports; * Clean tools, equipment, and work areas upon task completion; * Perform basic maintenance of simple tools, such as lubrication and cleaning; * Support electrical and hydraulic infrastructure. **Requirements and Qualifications** * **Education:** Incomplete Elementary School; * **Mandatory:** Proven experience in this role; **Additional Information** **All our positions are also open to persons with disabilities (PCDs).** We value diversity and believe inclusion is a fundamental pillar for building a fairer, more humane, and welcoming workplace for everyone. Under a 25-year contract, INOVA CXS is responsible for the construction, operation, maintenance, and management of non-pedagogical services at these school units, while pedagogical leadership remains fully under public authority, preserving the municipality’s educational autonomy. More than fulfilling a contract, INOVA CXS reinforces the role of public-private partnership as a tool for transformation—delivering high-quality infrastructure, responsible management, and services that directly contribute to social development, family well-being, and a better future for the children of Caxias do Sul.
