If these questions have motivated you, join the **OEM Sales Team** at **Frasle Mobility.** We have an opening for a **Senior Administrative Sales Analyst.** Don’t miss this opportunity! **\#YouAtRandoncorp \#WeAreRandoncorp \#JoinFrasleMobility** **Responsibilities and Duties** Your main responsibilities will be: * Participate in and contribute to the development, maintenance, and implementation of business plans; * Consolidate, analyze, and present managerial information and OEM Sales area indicators to support decision-making; * Support commercial activities of the department (e.g., monitoring customer visits to factories, maintaining updated electronic communication channels, etc.); * Respond to product quotation requests, interacting with interfacing departments while adhering to the company’s commercial policy and departmental guidelines; * Monitor domestic and export order fulfillment, including item allocation in the system and issuance of required documentation; * Negotiate pricing for both new and ongoing business, and maintain updated and accessible price lists, in accordance with the commercial policy and departmental guidance; * Analyze and create sales orders per national and international customer requests, reviewing each request to ensure proper follow-up, compliance with commercial policies, and resolution of discrepancies when necessary; * Analyze customer production schedules, monitoring demand and potential variations, to feed the delivery plan and enter each customer’s demand into the company’s system; * Address and forward solutions for customer needs (information requests, complaints, inquiries, etc.); * Perform additional duties assigned to the position, of similar nature and complexity, as directed by your immediate supervisor and/or internal requirements. **Requirements and Qualifications** Please pay attention to the following requirements: * Completed undergraduate degree (International Trade, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields); * Coursework or proficiency in Intermediate Excel; * Coursework or knowledge of negotiation techniques; Preferred qualifications: * Advanced Excel; * PowerPoint; * Power BI; * Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite; * Experience in commercial roles and/or customer service. **Additional Information**#### **At Randoncorp, we believe the future is built by people.
