**Job Description**
Professional responsible for supervising the restaurant team and processes, ensuring smooth operation of the unit, customer relationship management, and a results-oriented approach.
**Responsibilities**
* Manage team and departmental routines
* Directly engage in customer relationship management
* Oversee unit operations with a focus on results
* Perform other duties inherent to the department
**Requirements**
* Active CRN (Brazilian Nutritionist Registry)
* Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition
* Reside in Brusque or surrounding area
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Experience in centralized food production units (UAN)
* Knowledge of Teknisa system (preferred)
* Discipline, leadership, and conflict management skills
**Work Schedule**
* Full-time shift
* Monday to Friday
