**S FERNANDES** is seeking a professional to operate a backhoe loader on our **Substation** project in **Barra Bonita \- SP**. Due to the critical nature of the environment (energized areas/proximity to busbars), we seek a candidate with exceptional precision and technical rigor. Responsibilities * **Precision Operation:** Perform trench excavation for grounding, cable ducts, and equipment foundations within the substation environment. * **Safety in Energized Areas:** Strictly adhere to safety distances and instructions from the occupational safety team and electrical supervision. * **Preventive Maintenance:** Conduct daily checklists, cleaning, and equipment upkeep, immediately reporting any anomalies. * **Logistical Support:** Assist in material handling and site organization as required by the project. Profile and Requirements * **License:** CNH Category C, D, or E. * **Certification:** Backhoe Loader Operator training course and **NR\-10** (preferred for substation work). * **Problem-Solving Profile:** Focus on productivity with safety, identifying hazards before initiating maneuvers. * **Organization and Rigor:** Absolute discipline in technical execution to prevent damage to existing cables and infrastructure. * **Assertive Communication:** Continuous coordination with signalman and site supervisor.
