




Job Summary: This apprentice will support onboarding, integration, and internal communication processes, ensuring organization and smooth information flow. Key Responsibilities: 1. Monitoring onboarding and integration of new employees 2. Supporting internal communication and endomarketing initiatives 3. Maintaining internal controls and organizing processes · Monitor online onboarding via the Portal to ensure proper process progression; · Follow up with new employees to ensure complete submission of onboarding registration forms; · Ensure all onboarding processes are 100% finalized at least two days prior to the start of work activities; · Send integration training materials to new employees and monitor course completion, requesting feedback when necessary; · Forward onboarding materials to managers and team leaders; · Keep departmental spreadsheets and internal controls up to date; · Notify the Personnel Department in advance regarding uniforms as soon as relevant information becomes available; · Respond to employee messages via WhatsApp; when uncertain, escalate or consult the responsible department representative; · Distribute corporate announcements whenever required; · Support and execute endomarketing initiatives, such as monthly birthday recognitions, internal campaigns, and motivational activities.
