Job Summary: A professional responsible for managing and optimizing industrial production processes, applying continuous improvement methodologies and interfacing with various departments to drive results. Proactively pursue industrial efficiency Description: WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE: * Completed undergraduate degree; * Preferred: Knowledge of industrial production processes for sugar, ethanol, and energy; * Preferred: Familiarity with PI OSIsoft, Power BI, SAP, and process analysis tools (Cause-and-effect diagrams, Control charts, PDCA, FMEA, Six Sigma, 5W2H); * Must reside in one of the following cities: Barra Bonita SP, Igaraçu do Tietê SP, Jaú SP, Dois Córregos SP, Mineiros do Tietê SP, São Manuel SP, Macatuba SP, or Lençóis Paulista \- SP. YOUR DAY\-TO\-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Responsible for managing the E2G process, interfacing with the three production areas (Pre\-treatment and Utilities, C5/C6 Separation, Hydrolysis and Lignin, and Fermentation), and driving results through critical analysis and historical performance tracking against targets such as losses, industrial efficiency, production volume, and quality; * Responsible for collaborating with management and operations teams to correct deviations and achieve targets by applying continuous improvement methodologies; * Responsible for monitoring daily operational routines (checklists, analytical frequency, work schedules, and raw material planning); * Direct interface with support departments including Maintenance, Utilities, and Quality; * Proactively pursue improved industrial efficiency through field assessments and implementation of improvements; * Daily process evaluation; development of process flowcharts, technical reports, and presentations; * Development of dashboards and reports to support Process Management. 251212020250726493
