We operate with cutting-edge technology, operational efficiency, and a strong focus on delivery quality—ensuring security and excellence in service to our customers. **Responsibilities** * Manage the technical team by promoting organization, guidance, and activity oversight. * Monitor and verify the team's time tracking management. * Provide support to technicians through close collaboration, addressing operational demands and needs. * Deliver periodic feedback to contribute to professional development and performance improvement. * Assign and distribute projects according to company planning and priorities. * Track project progress via internal platforms, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards. * Schedule projects and monitor the Operational Assistant’s tasks, ensuring alignment and efficient execution of activities. **Requirements** * Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Administration, Systems Analysis and Development, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Electrical Engineering. * Prior experience in team management and people management. * Valid Brazilian driver's license (Category B). * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. **Benefits / Work Schedule** * **Meal/Voucher Allowance (VA/VR) – iFood benefits** * **Transportation voucher** * **University partnership program** * **Wellhub – Gympass** **Work Schedule** Monday to Friday – from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Compensation: R$3.500,00 – R$4.000,00 per month Benefits: * Health and commercial discount agreements * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
