Security and Loss Prevention Team Leadership **Description:** Responsible for coordinating corporate security and loss prevention activities across food retail units, aiming to ensure the business's asset, physical, and operational integrity and to guarantee safe environments, reliable processes, and compliance with the company's established quality and sustainability standards. Responsibilities and Duties Plan and coordinate corporate security and loss prevention activities using Fribal’s corporate policies and standards, including setting priorities, delegating tasks, and implementing immediate corrective actions to ensure asset protection and operational continuity at assigned units. Manage operational and asset risks based on vulnerability analyses and loss indicators, recommending or implementing preventive and corrective actions that directly impact financial results and the physical safety of stores and employees. Administer asset security contracts and services in accordance with corporate standards and guidelines, including evaluating performance, approving work schedules, and requesting staff replacements or reinforcements to ensure coverage and efficiency targets for outsourced services are met. Supervise the operation of electronic and physical security systems in compliance with internal standards, requesting maintenance, replacement, or adjustment of equipment to ensure monitoring reliability and image and record integrity. Develop and monitor loss reduction and control plans according to departmental methodologies and policies, proposing new strategies, approving local corrective measures, and recommending systemic improvements with direct impact on damage, theft, and diversion rates. Coordinate the security and loss prevention team following the company’s human resources management procedures, including providing guidance, evaluating performance, and applying disciplinary measures within delegated authority, ensuring goal achievement and behavioral alignment with Fribal’s standards. Analyze operational security and loss reports and information per the corporate monitoring model, consolidating data, issuing recommendations, and presenting diagnostics to management to support strategic decision-making in the area. Ensure compliance with safety, health, and quality standards based on internal regulations and legal requirements, intervening in risky situations, halting activities, or contacting competent authorities, assuming responsibility for the physical integrity of people and assets at the unit. Monitor and guide customer, supplier, and delivery personnel interaction procedures in accordance with the company’s code of conduct and service policies, intervening in critical situations, representing Fribal, and safeguarding institutional image. Primary Challenge of the Role: Ensuring the effectiveness of security and loss prevention actions across Fribal’s retail units, balancing rigorous control of asset and operational risks with maintaining a safe, welcoming environment aligned with excellence standards in service and customer experience. Requirements and Qualifications **Education:** Bachelor’s degree. Fields of Study: Administration, Private Security Management, Logistics, Production Engineering. Certifications: Mandatory – Security Guard Training Course and extension in asset security, as required by current legislation, with up-to-date refresher training. Preferred – Specialization or MBA in Risk Management, Loss Prevention, or Corporate Security; certification in Crisis Management, Incident Investigation, or Electronic Security; and training in Leadership, Compliance, and Team Management. 2511190202461820898
