This position plays an important role in structuring the company's controller department, with the opportunity to participate in building financial management indicators and processes. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Reporting Structure:** Prepare and present monthly Management Income Statement (DRE), Cash Flow Statement (Direct and Indirect), and Balance Sheets, ensuring data accuracy. * **Budget Management:** Coordinate the Business Plan (Annual Budget) process and conduct monthly Actual vs. Budget analysis, identifying causes of variances and corrective action plans. * **Profitability Analysis:** Calculate and monitor contribution margin and profitability by product line and customer, identifying operational bottlenecks and profit opportunities. * **Business Intelligence (BI):** Develop and maintain BI dashboards for monitoring financial and operational KPIs (Key Performance Indicators). * **Cost Control:** Perform detailed calculation and analysis of industrial costs (fixed and variable), including control of material breakage and losses. * **Cross-Department Integration:** Audit integration among Accounting, Tax, and Finance departments to ensure ERP reflects operational reality. * **Strategic Support:** Provide financial feasibility analyses and scenario projections to support decision-making by Management and Executive Leadership. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree completed in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, or Economics. * **Specialization:** Master’s degree in progress or completed in Controller, Corporate Finance, or Auditing. * **Experience:** Prior experience in industrial cost analysis, sales price formation, and preparation of Management Income Statements (DRE). * **Preferred Qualification:** Experience in glass or construction industry (understanding of material breakage and waste). **Technical/Professional Knowledge:** * **BI Proficiency (Power BI or similar):** Ability to create automated dashboards for real-time goal and KPI tracking. * **KPI Management:** Expertise in measuring EBITDA, Contribution Margin, Break-even Point, and Inventory Turnover. * **Financial Modeling:** Advanced Excel skills (VBA/Power Query) for cash flow projections and budgetary scenario modeling. * **Accounting and Tax Knowledge:** Understanding of accounting data integration to ensure system records reflect actual cash position. **Personal Attitudes/Behavioral Competencies:** * **Results- and Efficiency-Oriented:** Mindset focused on cost reduction and internal process optimization. * **Assertive Communication:** Ability to translate complex numbers into clear information for Executive Leadership and Management. * **Integrity and Ethics (Compliance):** Rigor in adhering to regulations and overseeing the company’s internal controls. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Analytical and organized profile. * Results-oriented with focus on process improvement. * Clear communication for presenting financial information to management. **Working Hours:** **44 hours per week** **Salary:** **Salary range commensurate with position level.**
