Kairós Motores is seeking a Junior Apprentice to work in the Production / Mechanical area, supporting operational routines of the department and developing practical knowledge in mechanical maintenance, organization, safety, quality, and traceability of parts and equipment. Main responsibilities: Support organization and cleaning of the mechanical department, assist in identifying parts and components using the work order number, support sorting and storage of materials and tools, accompany production activities under supervision, assist in photographic documentation when instructed, support labeling and QR code application, and participate in training sessions, onboarding activities, and safety and quality orientations. Requirements: * Be between 14 and 24 years old; * Currently enrolled in or have completed high school; * Be available to fulfill the apprenticeship program schedule; * Have interest in working in the Production/Mechanical area; * Prior experience is not required.
