Industry: Real Estate Responsibilities * Team Leadership and Management: Supervise, guide, and motivate a team of Administrative Assistants, assigning tasks, monitoring individual and collective performance, and providing feedback. * Coordination of Operational Tasks: Coordinate and ensure the efficient flow of all administrative routines within the real estate agency, including filing, customer service, and support to sales and leasing departments; * Contract Management (Sales and Leasing): Supervise and be responsible for the complete lifecycle management of purchase and sale contracts and rental agreements, ensuring document accuracy, compliance with deadlines, and legal conformity; * Financial Management and Collections: Monitor and supervise administrative financial routines, focusing on accounts receivable and collection of rents and fees. Analyze financial reports and propose actions to improve cash flow and reduce delinquency; * Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements in administrative procedures to increase efficiency, reduce errors, and optimize resource utilization. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields; * Experience in people management; * Experience in the real estate sector; * Intermediate level in Microsoft Office.
