Work with **analytical precision**, ensuring goals are achieved safely, with quality and operational efficiency, within parameters defined by the organization and the client. **Working alongside a team that delivers excellence, you will:** Develop and update physical\-financial schedules and planning tools Monitor performance indicators, issuing reports and proposing improvements Structure and standardize processes and routines within the Planning area Support the Planning Management in data analysis and decision-making Work integrally with internal departments, ensuring efficiency and predictability **Requirements and Qualifications** **Must have:** Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields; Solid experience in planning and control of industrial construction projects or engineering projects; Proficiency in MS Project, Advanced Excel, and other planning tools. **You stand out if you have:** Knowledge of Power BI or integrated management software (ERP, EAP, etc.); Experience in risk analysis and scenario modeling. **Additional Information** **OUR BENEFITS** We offer a healthy work environment and benefits**\*** that support well-being: .
