Come experience the new with us! **ATTENTION: AXIA Energia does not charge any fees for tests, medical examinations, or participation in the selection process.** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Supervise Eletronorte’s transmission infrastructure projects. * Ensure compliance with all relevant Brazilian Occupational Safety and Health Regulations (NRs), as well as Ministry of Labor and Eletrobras safety standards. * Proactively manage business-related risks. * Monitor project schedules. * Attend meetings with the National Electric System Operator (ONS), Accessing Agents, COO, and other stakeholders. * Hold periodic meetings with contracted parties. * Manage project information in a dedicated repository. * Safeguard the reputation and image of Eletrobras and its subsidiaries. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements and Qualifications:** **Mandatory** * Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related fields; * Active professional registration with the Regional Council of Engineering and Agronomy (CREA); * Proficiency in corporate IT systems, including Microsoft Office, SAP, Power BI, MS Project, and others; * Experience in transmission infrastructure projects within the electric power sector; * Experience preparing technical reports; * Practical experience in decision-making processes related to contract and project management, aimed at operationalizing project implementation; * Leadership and teamwork capabilities, with emphasis on coordinating outsourced teams; * Sense of urgency regarding critical tasks and accountability for meeting deadlines and targets; * Strong interpersonal skills. **Desirable** * English language proficiency; * Experience in transmission engineering; * MBA in Project Management. **Additional Information** **Benefits:** At AXIA Energia, the well-being and quality of life of our people fuel the energy that drives us forward.
