Focus on execution, unblocking projects, and operational efficiency A large-scale real estate developer and construction company in Maranhão, currently undergoing rapid growth, is seeking an **IT Manager** to lead the structuring and standardization of internal processes. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Structure and organize the IT department, operating **hands\-on** from the outset * Standardize technological infrastructure across construction sites (internet, equipment, vendors, and SLAs) * Lead and unblock critical stalled projects, with a focus on **execution and delivery** * Implement and enhance integration among key systems: CRM, ERP, and DocuSign * Improve commercial process efficiency by eliminating rework and manual data entry * Directly improve the CRM and customer journey, reducing operational failures * Develop and implement automation (RPA), such as automatic IPTU processing and operational routines * Consolidate and organize the data and BI strategy, ensuring reliability and managerial visibility * Structure and enhance the vendor portal, ensuring improved user experience and payment workflows * Support business units in resolving day-to-day operational issues (problem-solver profile) * Evaluate, propose, and implement new technologies (APIs, automation, AI), providing recommendations to executive leadership * Review current team structure and capacity (internal and third-party), ensuring delivery efficiency and quality ### **Technical Requirements** * Proven experience as an IT leader or manager, with **practical, hands-on involvement** * Experience in structuring or reorganizing IT environments during rapid growth * Experience with: system integration (ERP, CRM, APIs, automation), infrastructure and networking (distributed environments), automation/RPA tools * Knowledge of management systems (ERP) and commercial platforms (CRM) * Experience in data analysis and structuring (BI) * Experience managing technology vendors and consulting firms * Ability to manage projects from diagnosis through implementation * Preferred: experience in the construction or real estate development sector ### **Behavioral Profile** * **Execution-oriented** profile, with strong sense of urgency and results focus * Ability to operate effectively in disorganized environments, bringing structure and prioritization * Proactive in identifying problems and implementing solutions without constant direction * Strong communication skills with business units and executive leadership * Resilience to operate in scenarios of rapid growth and continuous change * Practical mindset, focused on simplification and operational efficiency * Adaptability to relocation and integration into a new cultural context * Ability to balance technical vision with business impact Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree
