Job Summary: Professional to ensure operational excellence in the field, integrating logistics, drones, and laser-based data collection for carbon monitoring. Key Highlights: 1. Supervision of technical and institutional interface with local communities **DESCRIPTION:** Ensure operational excellence of field activities by integrating logistical processes, drone technology, and laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy (LIBS) for carbon monitoring. Responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, data quality, and correct execution of activities in external environments. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Coordinate teams to ensure all soil samples are collected and georeferenced rigorously, following established protocols in the proprietary application and utilizing Laser (LIBS) technology. * Plan land and maritime team deployments, ensuring efficiency, agility, and resource optimization, with focus on strategic location and reduction of need for owned fleet. * Ensure field-collected data is transmitted to the Intelligence Hub accurately, without contamination or inconsistencies, supporting the company's dMRV model. * Supervise technical and institutional interface with local communities, promoting sustainable operations and securing social license to operate. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Engineering degree (Environmental, Agricultural, Forestry, or Civil) or Technical qualification in Surveying/Geoprocessing; * Proven experience in complex logistics operations in hard-to-access terrain (preferably coastal areas or mangroves); * Familiarity with georeferencing tools (GIS), drone operation, and cloud-based data management systems; * Experience leading operational teams under pressure and strict performance targets; * Valid driver's license. **COMPENSATION + BENEFITS** * Salary; * Field performance bonus; * Meal allowance; * Transportation allowance; * Gym partnership; * Health insurance. **WORK SCHEDULE** * Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
